These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website pmsportsrehabilitation.co.uk and the sports massage, rehabilitation, and therapy services provided by Phil Marr Sports Therapy ("we", "us", "our").

By booking an appointment, attending a treatment session, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Phil Marr Sports Therapy provides sports massage, deep tissue massage, injury rehabilitation, pain management, and related soft tissue therapy services. Treatments are delivered by a qualified sports therapist at our clinic locations in Chorley.

All treatments are provided on the understanding that they form part of a complementary approach to musculoskeletal health and are not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment by a registered medical practitioner.

Sports massage and rehabilitation therapy is a complementary treatment. Phil Marr Sports Therapy does not provide medical diagnosis, and our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or have an undiagnosed condition, you should consult your GP or an appropriate healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of a qualified medical practitioner with any questions regarding a medical condition.

To ensure treatment is safe and effective, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your health, medical history, medications, and any conditions that may affect treatment.

Disclose any contraindications to sports massage, including (but not limited to) recent surgery, fractures, deep vein thrombosis, contagious skin conditions, pregnancy, or serious cardiovascular conditions.

Inform your therapist immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse reaction during or after treatment.

Follow any aftercare advice and treatment plans provided to you.

Arrive on time for appointments and provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

By attending a treatment session, you confirm that you have given your informed consent to receive sports massage and rehabilitation therapy. Where appropriate, written consent may be obtained before treatment begins.

You have the right to withdraw consent, pause, or stop treatment at any time. Your therapist will also explain the proposed treatment and any potential risks before proceeding.

Appointments are booked through our online booking system or by telephone. Payment is taken at the time of booking or at the appointment, as indicated at the point of booking.

Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation charge.

NHS and Blue Light workers are eligible for a £10 discount on treatment prices. Valid identification may be requested.

Prices are listed on our Treatments page and are subject to change. Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed at the advertised price.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phil Marr Sports Therapy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We take all reasonable care in providing treatment. However, results vary between individuals, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment. Our total liability in connection with any treatment shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific treatment.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems. All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Phil Marr Sports Therapy and may not be reproduced without permission.

External links to third-party websites (including our booking platform) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated date shown above. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims arising from or related to these Terms.
